Ist this Bloodmage homebrew balanced?

There's a couple issues I can see.

  • Short rest spellslots like Warlock, but the slots go all the way to ninth level. Warlock doesn't get slots above fifth level specifically to avoid the ability to restore the use of the strongest warlock spells on a short rest. It should probably recieve its highest level spells via something like Mystic Arcanum
  • Allows casting via hit dice. Which isn't too bad, but when paired with short rest restoration of spellslots it gives the utility of a warlock the flexibility of sorcery-points without much cost.
  • Warlock starts with two cantrips from the warlock spell list... This starts with three? Why does it get more cantrips than the class its emulating?
  • Efficient Caster "You ignore consumed material components when casting blood mage spells" super broke. Spells with consumed components consume their components because they are often powerful or have high utility.
  • Bloody Rebuff is similar to effects such a Storm Clerics Wrath of the Storm. However Wrath of the Storm limits the number of uses to the Wisdom Modifer.
  • There's no spell quite as good as the Leech ability when it comes to self healing, I'd say its too strong. Especially given it sort of mitigates the cost of spending hit dice on spells.
  • Its proficient in (melee) martial weapons despite being a better caster than warlock? That seems a bit on the strong side. Usually that kind of thing is reserved for a subclass.

Everyones game is their own so feel free to disregard this, but I would say the quality of stuff published on dandwiki tends to be pretty low.
