Its really nothing more than scammers, some hackers, people obsessed with privacy, some drugs, fetish porn, troll/creepy pasta websites, some gore (really nothing that's not already on bestgore usually) and the absolute worse you will find if you go really deep is forums where a bunch of creepy men share videos and pictures of themselves sexually abusing their kids and occasionally selling said videos. Carl Harold type shit (programmer who would record himself sexually abusing his son and put it online). Or Skype videos and stolen nudes sometimes featuring underaged people.
