I've been living in a Fantasy World aka I think I just had my "Wake-up Call"

You're over complicating it by tracking calories. Just eating less in general, drinking less soda, moving a bit more etc can make a big difference. Unless you're competing for a bodybuilding show, there is no need to track calories. That's why people rebound and gain all their weight back once they gain their goal weight. Instead if they work on portion control, eating healthy as much as possible, exercising, and just living life, you will reach a healthy weight. If you reach a healthy weight and you're stuck trying to lose a few pounds, then review what you eat and maybe track calories then. But if you're 50kgs from your goal weight, it's not worth tracking calories. If you are unable to eat less without obsessively tracking calories, that is an eating disorder.
