I've lost over 50 pounds since October of last year and I feel really good about it.

To be honest is was a combination of boredom and coming to the realization that I needed to take better care of my body. I hurt my at work back digging out a truck bed full of pressed grapes so bad that I had to use a chair as a walker to move the 10 feet from my room to the bathroom at night. I never wanted to feel like that again so I started to take my health and fitness seriously. Luckily for me the gym right down the road from was still open so I joined up. It was a small gym so there could only be 2 people in at one time so you could only be there for an hour a day so I went everyday and made it count. It wasn't always fun but I will say that I never regretted going each day.
