Not every talented surgeon is as concerned with marketing as they are with the actual outcome of the surgery. For example, I decided to have a hair transplant years ago and went with a clinic who heavily marketed themselves online who fit me into there schedule. It was an absolute disaster. I reached out to one of the best surgeons in the world in Chicago who is booked out a year in advance to fix my situation and he completely repaired everything and restored my confidence. He spends literally zero dollars on marketing and has no social media presence but people from all over the world travel to have their surgery with him.
 I know that is a completely different type of situation but my point is you shouldn’t let marketing or lack of it ever dictate your decision on a life altering procedure. You need to dig deeper to find your best options. Does Dr. Kasey Li for example have a big online presence with before and afters? Do you doubt that he is a talented surgeon? You need to talk to real people before making a decision.
