The only thing I could find about its rating was this terminatorfans article. The latest comment states, " I took my daughter (13) to watch the latest Spiderman movie yesterday and the new Terminator movie trailer was shown. This suggests to me that it will be a 12A. "

Also, there's no red band trailer, so it may not actually be rated R after all. Avengers : Infinity War and End Game were both 12A/PG-13 and they have various characters die or get maimed. The trailer for Dark Fate seems to suggest that the only character getting graphically beat down is the Rev-9.
