I've tried 3 different pills and everyone of them have left me severely depressed. It's effecting everything in my life, but I must yeet the babies before they come. Is there anything I can do?

Consider an IUD. My anxiety, depression, and PMDD symptoms got *so* much when I was on oral contraceptive (Yaz was the worst), and on top of that they introduced a whole host of annoying symptoms like crying spells, weight gain, and skin problems. When I switched to a Skyla IUD it was like night and day, my body was so happy with continuous progestin! The weight I gained on the pill dropped fast, my periods lightened and shortened, and the only time I felt like was a crazy person was during my hell week (the week before my period, PMDD folks know). It also made my periods way more manageable and alleviated some of my endometriosis symptoms too.

I know how awful it feels to have your body feel "off" and there are definitely other options out there that may work better for you. It seems like your body isn't taking well to estrogen based methods so a progestin/non-hormonal approach may work. Best of luck.
