This is pretty much where I'm at with this whole thing. Its only been 3 of 20+ women out of AEW that have made any allusion at all to Thunder Rosa being problematic. Two of the ones saying Rosa is a problem are themselves problematic. The last might just be kayfabe anyways.

Marina never actually said anything about Rosa, she just liked a tweet, and then within days Rosa made her some bread and everyone went along on their own happy way. We don't even know that she sandbagged for sure, just that Marina thinks so and Britt thinks so, but Britt hates Rosa so how much can you trust that? Rosa's clearly been injured for a while now, there were reports she was injured around feb/march of this year, which she refuted, but EVERYONE noted how much worse her work was following that notion. When she finally did announce her injury, supposedly she was having episodes in which she plain couldn't feel her legs. With that understanding, I don't think its hard to imagine that she may have just had a problem at this particular moment or in the particular position she was in. Obviously I can't prove that, but I really am not keen on everyone treating this like it was malicious when we really have no idea one way or the other.

Other than that thought, all we hear is hard to work with, and that mostly seems to come out of Britt and co's camp. Nyla, Stats, Serena even, Jade, Keira Hogan, Shida, so on and so forth, none of them have made any allusion to Thunder Rosa being a problem. Just a small handful and everyone thinks Rosa is in the wrong for no definitive reason.
