I’d recommend on holding that plan for a while, at least until we see how Spain deals with its economic recovery. The country even before the epidemic had a high unemployment rate, though it was diminish very rapidly (13.9% in early 2020). If things wind up for the better then by all means go ahead, but try to secure a job before coming. I really wouldn’t recommend Argentina due to their dire economy, even before the virus (much much worse than Spain’s).

Have you considered Chile or Uruguay? Both are developed countries with good economic opportunity (though Chile underwent massive protests recently that did cause an impact in their economy).
