IWTL How to be more confrontational

When was the last time you hate yourself for not confronting someone when you think you should have? How did you feel when that happened?

Now imagine what would be different in your life if you would have confronted that person. How would that have gone?

My point is, you know how to do this. You're an intelligent person capable of imagining what your life should be like or rather, the person you may think you should be.

So fake it. Fake being tough. One time. When the confrontation is over, you can run away and cry but you can do that alone. When the emotional part is over, review what went well and what didn't. Then try it again. And again. Until you're comfortable with confrontation.
