IWTL how to not look at other women

You can overcome the habit, but it will take some time and a bit of willpower. As you said, it happens automatically, so the only way to stop the 'undressing process' is to cut it off before it starts.

When there are other women around, only look at their faces. If you're only looking at the top bit of the body, there is nothing to undress. After some time, the 'look over' would stop being an automatic thing your brain does.

After that, then you can start looking around at the world like a normal person again. Whether or not you trip into 'active leer' becomes a conscious choice; you decide whether you want to or if it is an appropriate time to do so.

I can't say how long this process could take, everyone is different, but it would take than just a couple of weeks; and it's okay if you slip from time to tome so long as you keep trying.

This is the strategy I used when I was still in High school when I wanted to assert some control over my brain swimming in hormones; I was worried I'd age into creepy old man over if I didn't. I'm not sure if I would have, but haven't regretted making the effort to do so. I found myself more genuine and relaxed around others, and subsequently gained many more meaningful friends of the opposite sex.

tl;dr If mentally undressing the people around you is an automatic process, you don't stand a chance stopping. So you have to train yourself not to do it. I suggest not looking at all at the bodies of the people around you that you'd do this, at least until you can train your brain not to go into 'leer mode'.

If I could do this with my own adolescent hormone swimming brain years ago, then so can others at any age.
