Jaded after 3 weeks

Just wanted to point out, that I have worked at 3 schools so far and each one lied horrifically during my interview process. I always ask lots and lots of questions before considering a job and have been lied to from everything to what my exact role is, grade/content, teaching load, planning time, discipline, school culture, the amount of coaching or support I'd receive, teacher satisfaction at the school and their turnover rate, and so much more. I feel that all schools do this, just about. They're so desperate to get people in the door that they'll say anything, especially if you have experience and look like you know what you're doing. If/when I change schools again, I won't believe anything they say in the interview. The lying is so chronic and admin just flat out aren't trustworthy.
