Jagmeet Singh says he won’t apologize for ‘privilege’ comment

Here's the thing about all the social justice stuff the NDP is pushing: I'm generally in favour of most of it but honestly it's pretty low on my priority list as a voter.

I'm more concerned with electoral reform, workers' rights, accessible healthcare, funding schools and transit systems, and lowering the wealth gap.

I know those are things the NDP generally supports, which is why I've voted for them just about every time for the last 14 years. But they're drifting away from that message, and it's leaving me wondering if this is the party for me.

At the same time, I'm very upset with the liberals about electoral reform, the greens are really just the party of Elizabeth May and we all can't live in her riding, and the now two right wing parties and I disagree on just about everything.

Even with five choices, there's nothing that speaks to me. I feel like pizza restaurant I wanted to go to was too busy so I'm settling for East Side Mario's and there's just nothing on the menu with ordering
