I didn't say i know its not a threat imminent but i said im not sure bc we dont have that in evidence and if judging i cant convict off this. I agree its very persuasive and normally id agree im applying scott Adams filter persuasion filters see how ambiguous situations are easier to spin how you want so thats all is be aware thats how we all get decieved by news alot. Im saying its not for sure.. we maybe miss reading how dangerous that guy is in public tourists areas . Yes if someone is drunk and walks to a cab w him your not smart.
