Jamie Briggs, an ambitious MP who overstepped the mark

Hey bud. I might be over stepping our late night relationship but I thought I'd share with you ( my best Internet pal ) how my birthday went.

So, I woke up around 545am which is kinda normal for me as I grew up in the NSW Hunter Valley on a working dairy farm. Always been an early riser. I really enjoy my time by myself in the morning as it's peaceful and I can browse the Web, reply to hate mail and try and understand why people send me links concerning tea when I'm a coffee drinker.

Got a quick text from our eldest boy. I remember telling you he's in the ADF. His text just said " Happy Birthday " Not sure what country he is in as ADF rules don't allow him to specify. We normally get a message prior to his departure which says " see you soon " which is code for " I'm out of the country for I don't know how long " Shortest time between communication has been around 10 days. Longest has been three months.

Had a Skype with the youngest who's now in London staying with friends of ours. You'd hate the friend as he's in merchant banking and votes Liberal.

Daughter and her partner ( who I'm not sure about him yet as he has some Leftie views ) came to dinner with us and a few of my golfing buddies.

My wife took the day off work to hang out with me but thank goodness it rained most of the day ( we're on the Gold Coast ) so I just relaxed and watched the cricket and USA College Football which I love viewing . My wife is Go Go Gadget Girl and likes to remain busy. Me, well I can gladly veg on the lounge all day so the rain was a blessing.

Got some new golf shoes and a banging set of Beats headphones for prezzies.

Yours sincerely

Bozo Reddit Internet Buddy.
