Janitor Secretly Films Himself Being Interrogated by School Principal

I'm a school Custodian. Honestly, I made poor decisions in my past that led me to this position. I will say, and this is from my own current situation, that it is true, as a Custodian/Janitor you are pretty much universally looked down upon. I've had a handful of teachers that openly show gratitude for the job I do. Those teachers are the exception not the rule. The majority of the staff at my school, teachers and administrators, act as though you are the trashiest piece of trash to ever walk the earth. I'm not kidding, here are some examples: 1.I've had teacher's spill food and drinks on their desks, and not report it, so that it's found hours later after the teacher had already left. 2. I've had teacher's trash cans not full, yet the papers, sunflower seeds, peanut shells, etc... are all around the floor, around the trash can. 3. Dirtier staff restrooms than the student restrooms. 4. Administrators that don't want to interact with you at all i.e. my principal asks me how I'm doing, I start to respond good, he has already walked away. This is a regular occurrence. 5. Teacher's think that because you're a Janitor you are low key mentally disabled. I was reading "Beloved" on my break, a teacher walked by and literally said "I didn't think you read." I had never said more than "Hello" to this teacher ever. That was it, I never interacted with this teacher beyond "Hello." These are just a few examples of many. They may not seem exceptionally bad, but the atmosphere is hard to put into words. It's that feeling when one is actually in the situation, the averting of eyes, the quick dismissals, the annoyed, condescending, tones. I may have just got a bad school, I am in one of the worst school districts in the country after all. My point of this whole ramble is, sometimes you have to do what you have to do to feed your family. I will forever respect any one that has a job, service/fast food workers, Janitors, even shit shovelers. I've since enrolled in college, and once I move out of the field of custodial technician, I will always look back at the lessons I learned being a Janitor in a school; that, ultimately, most people suck.
