This is a quick glance just FYI. To me it looks like you're setting your back but leaving your arms/lats not tight with the bar. So the you jerk the bar and lose position because it's a soft setup. If you're mixed grip getting tight lats is honestly kind of weird. For a personal anecdote I found "pulling the bar through/behind me" helped keep my lats tight where simply twisting my elbows to my sides did not.

If you're really concerned about neutral pulling I'd slow down your setup and initial pull. Pull all the slack out with your setup so you'd fall if you let go of the bar. Then pull off the floor. Practice. Then explode off the floor.
