Japanese minor opposition party head suggests 'wiping out races that have babies like idiots' and questions educational support to poor countries on the reasoning that 'it's impossible to teach dogs'.

I wonder whether the West is being misguided when we pour billions in humanitarian aid into Africa each year. All this aid is doing is causing their population to explode without there being any improvement in their status as third world countries. They are no more capable of feeding themselves than they were before, so instead of a few hungry mouths to feed, now there's many.

What if that aid were to suddenly stop? For instance, what if the world were to fall into the Second Great Depression, and the West can no longer afford to provide that aid? There would be mass starvation in Africa, population collapse, wars all over the continent over scarce resources, and a tidal wave of refugees desperate to get into Europe, the sheer number of which the world has never seen before.
