Japanese person telling off couch activist for telling child that they are appropriating Japanese culture

A long time ago I was an extra on a Japanese TV show. Long story. But the point being, my role was Rich White Guy Doing Tea Ceremony To Show That The Location For This Scene Is Super High Class As Well As Cosmopolitan. This involved me getting the full kimono treatment. Four layers, two professional kimono folks doing all the putting of those layers on and tying strings and all that. Meanwhile, two Japanese women were also decked out in even more super-classy kimonos. We were probably wearing between us $10,000 in duds. So we commemorated the day by posing for a photo.

I'll tell you what, I dare not post that photo online for fear of self-righteous backlash.
