I doubt it would be murder. The drug that is administered was Plan B — the morning-after pill. This pill is often called an “abortion drug” by anti-choice/pro-life Republicans, but it’s really not.

Abortion involves destruction of a fetus. Plan B typically involves prevention of fertilization.

Plan B is administered so early that we don’t even know that a fetus would’ve possibly resulted. Plus, I mean, if we’re counting Plan B as murder, we’d have to count male masturbation as genocide. That’s like 1,000,000 potential fetuses right there. Every guy I went to high school with is clearly worse than Hitler.

This is in no way to minimize the disgustingness or actual criminality of what Jason Miller did. He should absolutely be charged with assault for administering a drug to another human being without her knowledge or consent. But Plan B != Murder.
