Jason with his phased relaunch strategy

If someone brought out papers, or data, in the last month, as the situation evolves, that would be pretty dubious in my opinion. You would maybe release a paper, with some sort of preliminary results, but it isn't something that you would change policy over. This stuff takes years of papers, data collating, and peer-based assessment, before you can draw solid conclusions. You certainly don't want to be jumping the gun, and rescinding precautions due to a recent study. Our current precautions are based on previous experience, it is highly effective, however, inconvenient to most people. I understand people's frustrations, but we have +3000 Canadians dead at this point, and we have a ways to go before we can rollback precautions, and not get another 3000 Canadians killed totally unnecessarily.
