Jax DST without Fournette?

And the Vikings don't have potential to create turnovers?

At the start of the week the Vikings and the Jags were almost listed as the same tier in defensive matchups. I don't care how good the Jags defense is, when the Jags are without their two best offensive weapons, I am very doubtful that Bortles, Ivory, and Hurns are going to drive the field for 75 yards multiple times this game. No matter how good they are they are affected by game flow. Having the defense on the field for more time doesn't create more opportunities, it means more yards let up, more points let up, and a tired defense.

It's an away game versus Minnesota who's playing at home, somewhere that they have dominated the last two years. They've let up 26 points to the Steelers at an away game and haven't let up more than 20 to another team. This includes Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, and Jameis Winston as QBs who have all been basically shut down by Minnesota.

I'm not saying the Jags are a bad start by any means, and I highly doubt anybody has a better option, but in this situation, if you think them not having Fourenette doesn't affect their defense then I wouldn't trust any advice you're giving. Having him out sure as hell doesn't help.
