Well yes and no. I'm pretty sure a guy who has an IQ of 80 will be jealous, if his girl talks with a guy that is way smarter than him, especially when that's obvious. Most of the time this also ends with the not-so-smart guy embarassing himself because he will try to show how smart he really is, which most of the time fails.

But if I understand it right the real question is if the intellect of a person changes how jealous they are in general. And I don't think that's the case. There are people with an IQ of 70 that abuse their wife at home as soon as he look at another guy, and there also have been some geniuses in the history who had issues with jealousy.
