Jerk who throws a drink gets a swift rebuttal

You read a story about someone drowning someone and you're able to diagnose it as autism? Even if that person actually has autism, you'd only be extremely lucky to call it. The inability to emphasize is a trait of autism, but not everyone not empathizing with someone in 1 situation (as far as we know) has autism. Even professionals need to do a ton of tests to diagnose. The fact that she is a changed person afterwards is already a counterargument. And I can think of at least a dozen other reasons to explain the situation, without being able to prove or disprove them. Spouting facts that have nothing to do with the case at hand doesn't make you look smarter, only knowledgeable but stupid.
