Jess Phillips: Just leaving Westminster and and man ran down the street along side me asking me about why Carl Benjamin shouldn't be able to joke about my rape. Shouting "I pay your wages".

what crime do you think he's committed?

I understand he is being investigated under a section relating to malicious communication. I have no idea if he has committed that crime or not as I am not the investigating officer and I do not have access to whatever evidence has been provided beyond the initial tweet he made, but as I said in an earlier response, it is my understanding that when a formal complaint is made the Police are obliged to have to investigate the issue.

and by "people like you" i mean people who think free speech is whatever doesn't hurt their fee fees

Well you have labelled me incorrectly then.

i wish we could label people who have absolutely no education in what they're talking about, so they can be easily ignored

Like preventing them from having the possibility to speak their piece?

May I ask what you specific education is in relation to section 127(1) of the Communications Act 2003?

I am still waiting for you to answer my original question though, and I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on that hypothetical case.
