Before I went into private practice, I belonged to a couple of unions in the past and think they're a great thing for nursing.

I had a horrible experience working at a correctional facility and even though I was probationary and not a full member, my rep was amazing and helped me fight the county and worked with me to file a whistleblower complaint. Wouldn't have known what to do without them... so, yeah... strongly support unions.

But I'm def not on board with them protecting antivaxxers! I'm personally hoping nursing boards will start stripping antivax nurses of their licenses. I'm a nurse in a foreign country and my licensing body does NOT tolerate any kind of COVID bullshit whatsoever, even antivax social media posts.
