I did a search and there are two version of "in the beginning" barasheet and beresheet. so either way how does that not translate into what was spoken of, I guess the interpretation could use some work I agree there. but it interprets into

If all 6 Hebrew letters in the word Barasheet are used to construct a sentence from the meaning of each letter, the following statement is created:

Son of God, destroyed, by his hand, the cross.

In the beginning = Son of God destroyed by his own hand on the cross.

And in the new testament Jesus says

8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. KJV Revelation 1:8

so Alpha and Omega are the fist and last of the Greek Alphabet, but the original Hebrew bible is in Hebrew, so in Genesis 1:1 they used Tav Aleph which is read as Aleph Tav which is the first and last of the Hebrew language.
