Jews of Sweden; Is it hard being a Jew in Sweden? How are Swedish Jews feeling these days?

I am sorry you had to go through harassment like that. That sounds horrible, nobody should be attacked for their identity.

I would recommend talking with people in your temple or at your local Judiska föreningen about this. Svenska kommittén mot antisemitism (SKMA) also has a regular newsletter you might find interesting. There aren't that many Jewish people in Sweden to start with (I think only 20,000), so I doubt there are that many on this subreddit.

According to a report on antisemitism (citing data from 2012), 80% of Jewish people in Sweden avoid wearing something that signifies them as Jewish and 7% of Jewish people have been physically attacked because of their Jewishness. The majority of these cases have been Muslim extremists, although there have been recent high profile cases of Jewish associations closing down due to Nazi threats and Nazi's marching near synagogues during yom kipur.
