Jihadists Head Home: Thousands of Westerners Joined ISIS. Should They Be Allowed to Return?

Didn't you say that you wanted a fair trial yourself?

No. I said I wanted a fair trial in the country where they committed the crime, I'm not a colonialist that believes Syrians are too incompetent to judge their own laws themselves. We extradite Dutch citizens that organized drug network in countries with murderous regimes (USA) as well. I have no issues with it.

Just admit that you don't care about fair trial or human rights and that you just want revenge and watch them suffer. Because that's what it comes down to, it seems.

I feel if anyone willingly goes to a country that has death penalty or capital punishment, they bring themselves in danger of prosecution. They did that, I have no moral objections.
