Ok in concern to the first quote please read that link you added for second bullet point. “Helps protect” is not the same as prevents. No vaccine prevents you from getting anything. They do help you to protect you from said viruses. You can get it and not show symptoms, asymptomatic, or you can have symptoms. It all depends on your bodies response and immune system response and health. You get the flu shot, you can still get the flu. You get the measles, mumps and rubella shot, you can still get them but there is now a high chance you won’t go severe and have to have extreme medical intervention. I’ve been in this field for 20 years and that’s how vaccines have always worked. Yes there are breakthroughs, slim percentage, that get symptoms and a slimmer percentage that goes severe but those odds are low as all get out.
