JJ needs some Tweaks

The patch notes should be as follows:

Jiang Jun:

Added recoveries to all attacks, excluding the following: [crickets chirping]

Slowed light attack finishers by 100 ms.

Developer commentary: we forgot to add recoveries to Jiang Jun, but the fix was unfortunately pushed to the back burner to facilitate the addition of new battle outfits. We have also noticed a surprising win percentage in the data that could be due to his light attack finishers. These attacks are 500 ms, but are often erroneously reported as being 400 ms, perhaps due to the animation desync that was present from release of Marching Fire. The animation team also does the voice acting and, since Tiandi came out alongside Jiang Jun, they have been very busy. Rather than adjust the animations of light attack finishers, we have slowed the attacks to 600 ms to make them utterly useless. While some players found these attacks easy to parry on reaction, due to the fact that all of his heavy finishers are unblockable are therefore streamline the “is it a light or a heavy?” decision before parrying, but we feel that this change should be good for both lower and higher skill levels, along with another Aramusha nerf.
