$JNUG

Hi there! You've demonstrated you're nice and know what you're doing so I'm hoping you could suffer a stupid question from somebody who recently jumped into JNUG as my first ever stock buy this morning.

I bought quite a few shares after seeing the big dip yesterday, and though I initially planned on AMD being my main long position stock, I'm all of a sudden in very deep with this short term ETF and I see news of the reverse split happening.

Everyone seems to be talking about how it's a gift to new entries, but I'm having trouble understanding when I'm going to have a quarter as many stocks come opening tomorrow.

Again apologies for being about as ignorant as anybody could ever be on this subreddit, but as a work at home IT contractor who thought he could Google his way out of anything, I'm in need of someone with knowledge in this space to spell this mechanic out for me if possible. Thanks in advance!
