job hunting with depression

hey. I heard that shame/guilt doesn’t actually bring motivation to do things that are needed. turns out encouragement and accountability involves kindness. I made it out of a year of depression/part/time work/side hustling because i shared hobbies with my friends who had full time jobs. They helped me fix my resume, call some places that had full-tome work, and they helped me believe in myself. Write down your goals and dream a bit. Talk with people about your dreams and their dreams. Don’t limit yourself. I’ve been getting missed calls and unanswered emails, but you have to keep being annoying+ calling+ emailing the recruiters or else they’ll see you as a random joe. Probably also re-network with people if its been 4 years. Got any hobbies? go talk to people and ask them what work they do.
