I suppose you'll just have to play along with them. My experience was them just tinkering with my CV and getting me to apply for unsuitable jobs I never heard back from. Then when I got my own job they hounded me for weeks to try and get my employers details in order to claim their bonus off the government for finding me work, despite them having 0 to do with it.
