I asked you a question. You don't get to ignore all of my questions and expect me to answer yours. Your answer was: of course it's paramount because otherwise people would suffer, with no justification for it or evidence pointing to it.

Why is efficiency paramount? Why would inefficiency cause suffering, more so than allowing the capitalist class soak up the vast majority of resources for their own personal gain and leaving us to live in squalor? Why should we, as a species, maintain a capitalistic structure that benefits a few at the cost of the rest of us. Why should we struggle to afford rent, heating, food, and all other basic necessities while our systems encourage capitalists to drive our cost of living higher and higher and higher for no reason other than their own greed (outpacing inflation, oftentimes)?

Make it make sense. I refuse to answer your questions until you answer mine. Nothing you're saying has any substance whatsoever. You're just pulling the typical right-wing response of refusing to answer any questions or play defense at all.
