No one should be down voting you, I did up-vote you for the discussion. But the issue with Rural NE is they are mostly older and stanch religious, and turned their backs on Education, Science, and free thinking. I know a lot of farmers and many are loosing their land that their families have had for generation to big farming corporations due to tax programs the Rep Party created to help big corporations. But they still vote for these same people because they are easily manipulated, because they Rep Party using hot words like: Gun, Gays, Abortion, Race, etc. Things they do not affect them, or will never happen. There is a reason these same people fall victim to ever phone scam out there.
