Need factories to join the war effort by producing medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and PPE.

Need to pump out test and trace contact.

Emergency stimuli and eventually monthly stimuli going to take a lot to recover from this.

Implementation a VAT tax to help pay for UBI and lower debt from this pandemic.

Loans for small businesses of 100 employees or less where they can take a loan max of $5,000 a month out for two year’s and not to start to pay back the on the loan for 2 years.

Business tax exempt for 100 employees or less.

Raise business tax to 30%.

Payroll loan for small businesses of 500 or less.

5% tax discount next tax year for businesses that have 60% of their workforce working remotely.

Improve internet access across the US.

Implement educational class cable programming to help fill the gap with the internet.

Credit for daycare of $500 to families making $100K or less. $40 internet credit to families of $100K or less.

K to 12 students who have no laptop or computer can apply/parents at their local school to receive a laptop.

Allow States to shut borders down during wartime period.

Implement guidelines for certain levels of severity with number of COVID cases for State’s.

Encourage State’s to wear mask.

Shut down the Country for two months no air/train traffic outside of emergency/essential workers.

21 day quarantine after ban for travelers traveling from another Country into the U.S.

Allow open enrollment into Medicaid for the uninsured.

Raise unemployment max weekly benefits to $800 a week.

Allow individuals to be on unemployment for 24 months.

Those that applied in January and are back to work if making less than weekly pay out amount can apply & be eligible receive the difference.
