Joined the club a couple weeks ago. No photos of my Miata yet, as I'm still doing a lot of stuff to doll it up, but I did manage to get the baby teeth out!

Not sure if you are serious or not or just been the victim of a joke. Just so you don't spread that bullshit any further, you have been mislead. My guess is if you are serious, this is an urban legend started by someone trolling on an Internet forum and people took it seriously. "baby teeth"? Spare me. First step to learn before working on your own car, forums are full of garbage like this and as the Miata has aged, there are more and more of the urban myths appearing as younger people buy the cars.

Most people do NOT remove, they are useful for towing and if you do not have them someone towing the car will likely cause damage. Apart from these hooks there is no other safe convenient tow points on the front of the car.

No dealers remove these, you can check pre-delivery checklist for yourself, there are a genuine Mazda part and can even be purchased, you know why? They are part of the car. It's not at all rare to find 25 year old NAs still with them, again as they are part of the car, not some remanent of the packaging it came with.

Your car, do as you wish but please don't come here talking like those are facts when you are the victim of someone trolling a forum, myths like this need to die and no "cool kids" are doing this, only the clueless that fall for nonsense on forums.
