I joined slimming world and it was going so well, but now it's not and I just want to give it all up.

One thing nobody ever tells you is that some weeks (even if you do everything right) sometimes you seemingly have "bad" weeks where your weight loss is slow b/c of water or muscle growth. Especially if you're a girl like me. Lose like a pound one week and five the next, it's just the way our bodies work. You should also consider looking at your base metaballic rate (bmr) if you haven't already. As you lose weight, your metabolism will slow down b/c it no longer needs to burn the 2000 calories (or whatever) a day you used to put in. So when you've shed these awesome amounts of pounds, your body has been like "pfft I don't need to work this hard" and the deficit between what you're taking in and losing will shrink unless you keep adapting to it. I have to check my new bmr once a week right after I weigh in.
