Getting married and being financially successful does not mean you are taking affirmative legal action to obtain parental rights.

That guy broke up with the mother and sued for parenting time.

Please cite some accurate case law showing where a financially successful spouse of an appropriately employed biological parent in PA was forced to take on the legal financial responsibility of supporting a child that isn't theirs.
