Jon Huntsman has been chosen to be Trump's ambassador to Russia. What does this mean for the current situation between the Trump Administration and Russia?

Republicans effectively took the lollipops away from the left who thought they were advancing the human race by leaps and bounds and now they are screwed supposedly.

If you've boiled it down to this, I don't even want to engage you in an argument.

The outrage is through the roof.

Yeah, because implying and actively calling Obama an active terrorist agent is worse than anything the Left has thrown at Trump? Um. No.

Any "special investigation" will simply be a witch hunt and the guy will be paid to find whatever is needed to imply guilt in a kangaroo court.

You're not even paying attention... it's not a "special investigation" they're seeking a "special investigator" - which tends to be someone who is known for being bipartisan and only interested in the facts. If anyone in congress/White House as a legitimate stake in the investigation, they should be removed from it in order to seek the truth. If you disagree with this, well then, I'd love to hear your reasoning.

We all know most of the politicians didn't want him to win because he is not one of them.

ANd that's why the GOP is bending over and defending him...? No, they want to use him as a scapegoat for all the fucked up things their donors want them to do... because, seemingly, the GOP lacks legitimate principles.

The rino's are acting nice so they can try to puppeteer him.

So, the top GOP are now "rinos"? Okay...

Trump finding out the POTUS actually has very little power.

Which is why he's trying to consolidate power by attempting to invalidate the judicial system (which is the only scapegoat beyond Trump that the GOP has), discrediting the media (classic authoritarian move... literally out of Putin's playbook (no the playbook is not literal))... and continues to shamelessly exploit people's fears and hate for his own gain... and only when forced does he denounce racism.

The left trying to find anything to impeach him with, grasping at straws like a phone call from a foreign country.

Well, perhaps that's the actionable argument to impeach, but they're trying to impeach him for being, generally, a fucking idiot who is clearly being puppeted by someone - or someones... Whether it's strictly Bannon... whether it's Putin... Whether it's the fact that he watches and trusts cable news more than intelligence briefings... We don't know. We do know he's fucking incompetent.

If the dems could stop stalling appointments and allow the admin to purge hold overs leaking classified info and let the trump team get to work, we could then see what's going on instead of acting like this is the fall of Rome.

First, you're assuming they're all hold-overs... Trust me, there are actual thoughtful republicans and conservatives who have a conscience and who are leaking because they realize Trump's admin is fucking stupid. And stupid = dangerous.

Secondly, they're merely leaking what's actually happening and is what is making people angry... If the leaks were invalid, then why would they be so concerned about them? If they were invalid, why not produce evidence to the contrary?

The fact that Trump brings no evidence to the contrary for all of the stupid-ass scandals he's wrapped up in is concerning... and telling.

But hey, tell yourself whatever you need to tell yourself as to why you support a fucking moron as President. Pretend you still have principles.

The economy is going to look great for the rich, while the poor continue to suffer. Yes, this happened under Obama too. The entire system is 'pay-to-play' now... and Trump is going to make it exponentially worse for those of us without means.

Thanks.
