Jordan Peterson Breaks Down in Tears When Asked About Olivia Wilde Calling Him a ‘Hero to the Incel Community’: ‘Sure, Why Not?’

I'm not a fan of his, but I feel that his messaging of "if everything in your life is not going the way you want, first ask yourself: in what ways am I insufficient" is sort of at odds with "inflaming" the anger of incels, no? I've not paid much attention to him in a while, but before he kinda went off the deep him, the messaging he had about fixing your life and getting shit back on track - while not revolutionary - was packaged and digestible for a lot of men in a way that self help books don't usually hit.

I think the shame of Peterson is there are some actual really helpful nuggets of useful self.help / improve advice that people can benefit from, but there's so much other "noise" he produces by going into all these sociocultural areas.

I feel the guy could have been very successful as a U of T professor who wrote self help life advice books on the side, but then he decided to go the whole "key persona in. a culture war " route. It's kinda a wild spiral downward
