You nailed this imo. He says a lot of things I disagree with but I can cherry pick common truths I identify with. I believe he needs to let go of his obsession with SJW and certain topics. It's vengeful... has too much rage.

He's flat outdated on some of that stuff and it causes 90% of his backlash. A meditation practice would do him well... something Christianity never seemed to understand the importance of.

He doesn't evolve as quickly as some others and that's okay too. I can see he's doing his best and accept the bad with the good. Somewhere in-between all of these new thought leaders and media is where a sort of social enlightment is. People can hardly even take care of themselves anymore and the increasing suicide rates are worrisome.
