All these tools want to be thought of as tough and "masculine" until someone actually calls them on their bullshit. Then it almost always becomes clear that their "masculinity" is a projection of what they think masculinity is and the are really blowhards.

I see this shit all the time with posers trying to act like vets or that they are in the military. Then they open their mouth with all that tough guy crap and it's apparent they have never been a part of any sort of team, let alone the military.

Real masculinity isn't the same as intimidation, it's about being strong in the ways that count beyond just physical, strong in character and principle. Strong in ethics and conviction, and someone that still chooses justice when injustice is the easier path. To me, someone like Paul Newman is what true masculinity looks like.
