Joyce's Ulysses.

theres a myth behind these challenging books, i know i can read other books that can grasp my attention. but i feel like if i can read Ulysses and understand it, it'll make my reading a whole more worthwhile. i could read vonnegut, thomas king or others everyday, but then for a person like me will get bored of it and want to find something else. i need to read literary masterpieces, and i need a goal in mind, or it'll be absolutely worthless. just like me watching the office, or parks and rec all day which i enjoy; but id also want to know why critics think kubrick is a genius. idk, sorry for the ramble. but, itd just be fun for me to understand things i dont understand. and thats why i get up in the morning, because i can be better than i was yesterday.
