Joyner Lucas defends Chris Brown in Instagram post

Just like when Kodak Black rapped “I can get any girl I want, I don’t gotta rape” yet was indicted on rape charges

I'm a woman and I've been raped. I usually try to avoid comments or articles about accusations against famous people because it's so frustrating to hear people defend some of these guys, or make an argument for separating the art from the artist.

I saw more comments criticizing Ebro for the interview he did with Kodak than I did for the actual rape allegation.

Cardi B did an interview where she talked about the treatment of women in the hip-hop community saying "When I was trying to be a vixen, people were like, ‘You want to be on the cover of this magazine?’ Then they pull their dicks out. I bet if one of these women stands up and talks about it, people are going to say, ‘So what? You’re a ho. It don’t matter.’”

And that's the truth. I'm not saying false accusations don't exist, but maybe we shouldn't jump straight to blaming the woman every time.
