Absolutely. I think Kirkconnell's PR team made it apparent just how BS his apology was and Rachael Lindsay's point about him not seeing an issue at all until the backlash rings true. More articles not just about this week but his entire history of racist and misogynistic comments. Another layer of ABC's PR nightmare is that they fired a female exec for a racist remark last year, so this is easily painted as ABC only holds women accountable, not men. And of course, having spent the last year trying to sell us on the idea they were going to "do better" re: diversity. They have so much incentive to fire him, though I'm sure it'll be spun as his decision to step down.
