Yeah, I feel like this is just plane ignorance. You’d think there’d be preventative measures in place. Like, is there a permit they gotta get that comes with some test to go over the endangered species in the area? Like, what’s this guys income? What % is this fine outta his income? Hobby lobby gets fined and it doesn’t even effect them so they can do the same crime twice, like. This seems like fuck the poor, let the rich eat cake. But I’d need to know who this guy is, I’m just speculating. Sadness for the lost birds, but I’d think if they really cared, they’d have preventative measures in place. Not a fine for when an accident happens. Right?
