Starting from guard. Right hand opens partner's collar for the left hand to grip a cross collar grip. Right leg on partner's hip to control distance. Swing left leg over to get the shin on the neck. Right hand goes over to cross collar or cross shoulder(I would prefer cross shoulder for better posture control). Drive shin forward and pull collars to get choke.

Nothing is stopping top passer from passing to the left side after swinging the legs over. Top guy right hand grips bottom guy's left knee and push to clear the knee line, top guy left hand pushes bottom guy leg/thigh away, top guy switches hip to face the legs as he passes to your left side.
If you roll you would know this move is just giving away a free pass.
