This is more serious than the obious part. Management has some issue with trust, and they think they can control everything. Sure julian failed to deliver, bit he was just a spokesman. He was promoting tenx and was doing good job. He is way more charismatic than toby. Julian could speak, knew how to gain trust. Ofc even good bullshiter wont be able to bs forever. Imho he had no info about future planning, maybe because there was no plan and julian had to guess or imagine things to say something. Hard to be mouth of company not knowing what company is planning.
We can see how bad tenx PR is. It really seems like there is no plan and they are figure out things as they go. They said tenx wont be awarded pay from rewards, but they claimed tenx tokens to tenx company. They said only natural person not a company can claim tenx tokens and still tenx as a company claimed tokens. Dont they know their own contract, once they get tenx tokens they will be awarded pay tokens.
It shows that management didnt consult rewards issue with marketing/PR tram. I am afraid they dont evem have such a team, thats why they do PR and marketing so extremely badly.
Management doesn't let ppl with market knowledge to advise them, or they are not listening or there are no wise ppl to advise CEO. Beeing super good in IT doesnt make you a good manager nor a PR expert.
Thats what high level emplyees are for to advice or lead projects not just to do job without thinking. I hope tenx will learn how to be effective company. Currently it looks and feels like a buch of amateurs thinks they can run a company. They need someone who will prepare a plan what is done next and why.
Those 4m pay in rewards, seems to be 1m now , wow thats like PR nightmare. Whos idea was it, what was this guy thinking? Who adviced it, who alloved it?

Still be greatull you get 1m, well we wont pay for those 1m from fees we earned, we will just lower PAY token value and will give the value to tenx token holders... haha fooled you again. You thought we will spend 250k usd to pay some stupid rewards, naah lets pay token holders pay it from value of their tokens.
